Upon stipulation of the~parties, it is

1. The Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the aubject
matter of this cause.
2. Defaulta entered aqainst defendant JOHN~W. FOLBY,. JR. as
to the complaint and as to the cross-claim of defendant D.A.D.,

; _ INC., are ratified..and approved by the Court.
~ 3. The interest of plaintiff JSSSIE M. FOLEY in ttLe property
~ ~tas as a tenant by the entirety with her husband JOHN hT. FOI,EY in
and to an undivided one-half intereat in the property, the other
~ ~ undivided one-hal€ intesest being held as tenants by the entirety
~ by JO~i FOLEY, JR. aad THBLMA M. FOLBY,_ his wife. The Court ~
adjudicates that JESSIE M. FOLEY's interest i.n the property passed
by operation of law to her husband at her death, and that the
