5. The totatl a~ount due D.A.D., INC., on the contract .
for deed as of July 11, 1977, is-$5,893.00 principal and $444.40
interest at the atatutory rate of 68 from the date the payments
became 3ue,-for a total sum of~$6~,337.40 less documentary stamps _
_and aurtax of $84.90. Plaintiff, JOHN W. FOI.~~, shall forthwith
pay to D.A.D., INC., said total swn, less documen~ary stampa and
surtax on the deedt and thereupon D.A.D., INC., shall execute
and deliver ita special atarranty deed thereto to JOHN W. FOLSY,
an undivided one-half interest,. and to J08N ~T. FOLEY, Jit. and
THSI1~lA M. FOLSY, his wife,: an undivided one-half interest subject
to the Judgment of Foreclosure as to their interest entered
simultaneously herewith in this Cause. JOHN W. F'OLSY shall there- ~
upon record said deed and shaIl pay all unpaid taxes. The special
~tarranty is title in D.A.D., INC., and against the lawful claims
o~ a11 persons claiming~by, through or under D.A.D., INC., but
not as ta any defects caused by or arisinq out of any acts or
omissions of the grantees FOLEY, or any of them, or JESSIE FOLEY.
6. The total amount due D.A.D., IN~., on the notes and
a~rtqaqes is as set out in the segarate Final-Judgment of Fore-
~ closure of Mortgagea, said swa includinq reasonable attorneys'
fees, hereby determined to be in the amount of $5,000.00. Any
purchaser at the foreclosure sale will acquire and thereby
extinquish all of the r3,qht, title and interest of JOHN W. FOLEY,
JR. and THELMA M. FOLEY, hia wife,_in and to the subject property.
7. In full and complete satisfaction of her clainas in this
cause, TSELMA M. FOLEY is hereby awarded the sum of $1,000.00,
to be paid within 7 dayB of the date of this order, one-half by ~
JOHN W. FOLEY and one-half by D.A.D., INC., and thereupon THELMA
M. FOI,EY shall execute and deliver her general releases and quit
claim deeds to the property to JOHN W. FOLEY and D.A.D., INC.
