hiqhest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, at
the door of the Courthouse in St. Lucie County,.in Fort Pierce,
Florida, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
4. Cross-plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costa of
this action and shall be reimbursed for them by the Clerk if Cross-
plaintiff is not the~purchaser of the~property at.the sale. If
Cross-plaintiff is the~purchaser, the Clerk shall credit Cross- ,
plaintiff's bid ~ith the total aum with interest and costs accru-
ing subsequent to this jua9me:it or such part of it as is necessary
~to pay the bid in full. -
5. On filing the certificate of title, the Clerk shall
di.stribute the'proceeds of the sale, so far as they are sufficient,
by payinq first, all of the Cross~laintiff's costs; second,
documentary stamps affixed to the cer.tificate; third, Cross-
plaintiff's attorney's feea; fourth, the total sum due to Cross-
plaintiff less the items paid plus-interest at the rate prescribed
by law from this date to the date of the sale; and by retaininq
any amount remaininq pendinq further order of thia Court.
b. On filing the certificate of title, Cross-defendants, ~3
JOHN W. FOLEY, JR. and TBELMA M. FOLEY, his wife, and all persons
claiming under or against them since the filinq of the notice of
lis pendens, are foreclosed of all estate or claim in the property
and the purchaser at tHe sale shall be let into possession of
the property.
