BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
JOSEPH L. AVIGNE,
who, being first duly sw~rn, upon oath says: That JOSEPH L. -
AVIGNE and FRANCES H. AVIGNE acquired title to the
following described property by deed recorded in Deed Book 156,
page 52, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida: .

Commencing at the NW corner of Section 29, Township 36 South,
Range 41 Bast, rtiin thence South aiong the West line of said
Section 29, a distance of 505 feet to the South line of the
tract hereby described, and_the point of beqinninq; from said
point of begiinninq run West to the West line of the E~ of the
NE~ of Section 3~0 of_the same township and range; thence Nort2s
100 feet; thence East parallel to said South line to a point
on the West bank of tlze Indian River; tt~ence Southeasterly ,
alonq the West bank of Indian River, a distance of 114.28
feet, more or less; tbence Westerly to the West boundary of

of beginninq. TOGETHER WITH riparian rights appertaining
