PETITION FOR ADMINZSTRATION
The petitioner, MARGARET MALEY, alleges:

1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as sole beneficiary
under the la~t will of decedent. Petitioner's name and address are
Margaret Maley, 1607 Hispana Avenue, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida (33450) and the name and address of petitioner•s attorney are as -
set forth at the end of thi.s petition.
2. Decedent, JAMES R. MALEY, whose last lmawn address was 1607
Hispana Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida (33450), and, if known, whose age was
65 years and whose social security nwnber is 261-62-9009, died on August
2nd, 1977 at Fort Pierce Memorial Hospital, Fort Pierce, Florida, and at
the time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the name of the beneficiazy of this estate,
her address and relationship to decedent is:

4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because decedent owned
real property in St. Lucie County, Florida.
5. Margaret Maley, whose address is 1607 Hispana Avenue, Fort Pierce,
Florida and who is qualifi,ed under the laws of the State of Florida to
serve as personal representative of decedent's estate is entitled to
preference in appointment as personal representative because she was
~ appointed as such in the last will of the decedent.
. 6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this estate are
real arid personal property in excess of $10,000.00.
7. Petitioner i.s unaware of any uru~evoked will or codicil of decedent
other than as set forth in paragraph 8.
