and hereby revoke any and all other Wills cnd Codicils herebfore mcde by me.
CLAUSE I: I di~ect my Execubr to pay, out of my estate, ail of
my j~iat debts, includir~g the expe~nses of my last iliness and funeral axpensas.
CLAUSE I1: I specifically bequeath the proceeds of any policies -
of life i~uro~ce or accident inwrance on my life that may be poycble to my
estnte to my Executor to be used for the poyment of estate and inheritonce taxes
and adminiatration expenses. Any balance remainirwg after the payment of wid .
taxes or expenses shall pass into and be disposed of as a part of my residuary

~ CLAUSE IV: If my wife, MARGARET MALEY, does not survive me,
then atl of said rest, residue and remainder of my estate shall be divided and
dist~ibuted as follows:
A. One-fourth (1/4) thereof ouhight to my daughter,
PATRICIA MARGARET BLANDFORD;
B. One-fourth (1/4) theraof ouhight to my son,
ROBERT JAMES MALEY;
