created under this Will, both to serve without bond.
CLAUSE IX: In ths event that it is necessary to appoint c legot
guardian of the person or property of my sor~s, DANIEL PETER MALEY, and
DAVID ALEXANDER MALEY, _or eitfier of them, then after the decth of my
wife, MARGARET MALEY, I appoint my daughter, PATRICIA MARGARET
BLANDFORD, as such guardian.
