LA = total length of Buildinq A. The total length of Buflding ~
A is the lenqth of that portion or portions of a wall or walls
of Building A from which, when viewed directly from above, lines

is the lenqth of that portion or portions of a wall or walls of

LPL = total length of Property Line. The tiotal length of the
Property line is the lenqth of that portion or portions of the
Property Line from which, when viewed directly from above, lines
drawn perpendicular to the Proper~y Line will int~rsect any wall
of- any buildinq.
Length of walls or property lines shall be measured as the
horizontal distance from corner to corner. Where walls in
continuo~s gener~l frontage are offset by-angles or setbacks of
six (6) feet or more, length of each segment so set back shall
be measured separately £or the purpose of computing D. Wall
length of a circular building shall be construed as the diameter
or longest chord of the buildinq. ~
The term "wall or walls" shall inc2ude porches, balconies, deck
. areas and enclosed or covered walkways. -

Hg = height of Building B
These requirements shall apply to all Multiple Family Dwellings,
Hotels and Motels and to all accessory uses with two (2) or more
- floors which are~customarily associated with and subordinate to
the principal use.
These spacing requirements expressly supersede and shall control
over the provisions of Paragraph No. 6 of "Land and Site Planning
Criteria of the Hutchinson Island Plan• (Ordinance No. 74-7) and
the "Minimum Yard Requirements" established in the District
'i Regulations for R-4 Districts and P-1 Districts."
