endorsed befow and, as grounds therefor, respectfuliy show the Court that motions
for summary judgment are prese~tly pending before the Court and the case is

scheduled tn be tried at 9:30 A.M. on Monday, August 29, 1977, in the event such i
motions are de~ied; that plaintiff served a motion t~o amend its oomplaint on August 18
i977, and defendant has no objection to the entry'of an order granting this motion;

and that defendant's area att~rney, Guerry R. Thornton, Esquire, of Atianta,

r Georgia, and the defendant's trial attorney, Sherman N. Smith, J r. , have both
~ arranged to be away on vacation during the month of September, 1977, and will
