subject to no lien. charge or encumbrance e:cept such as Mortgagee bas agreed to accept in writing and Mortgagor covenants
t6at thia Mortgage is and will remain a valid and entorceable fiist mortgage on t6e Mortgaged Property subject only to the
e:ceptiona bet+ein prov~ed. Mortgagor has tull power and lawful authority to mortgage the Mortgaged Property in the

PROVIDED HOWEVER, tbat i( Mortaagor ahall pey to Mortgagee the indebtedneas in t6e principal sum o!
