For value received, I, we or either of us, promise to pay, vithout de- .
falcation, to the order of FIARIDA BANK AT FORT PIERCE, P.O_ Box 3469,
Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, the swni of TfiIRTY THREE T80USAND DOLLARS,
with interest from date at the rate of 8 3/4% per annum, in I19 monthly
instalLaents of $291.63 each, beginninq October 1. 1977 and with the
120th mon~lzly installment being in the amount of $23,389.18. ~ _
Each installment i`irst shall be applied in payment of the interest and
then on the unpaid balance of the principal sum. If default is made
in the payment of any installment when due, then at the option of the
holder, and without any other notice, all the remaininq installments
shall be due and gayable at once. Privileqe~is qiven to pay two or
more installmeats at any installmenrt maturity date, bnt this shall not
extend the time of maturity of any subsequent installment. ~Teither
forbearar~ce, ~ nor acceptance by the holder hereof after any default in
any payment hereon, Bhall be deemed extension.• _ .

Each maker, surety and endorser hereof, jointly and severally, waivea ,
demand, presentn?ent, proteat and notice of proteat for non-payment,
and further agrees to any exteneion of titae of payaQent, either before '
~ or after maturity, without notice to any of us; and to pay.all costs . _
of collection, including a reasonable attorney's fee in the event of
any default hereunder, and hereby severally waives all benefit of home- '
stead and exemption u~der the constitution and laws of each State of
the IInited States, as aqainst this obliqation or any extension or re-
newal hereof.
