THIS MATTER having come before the Court upon the Motion
to Stay and Abate previouslq filed herein and the Court having heard
the argument of counsel and being full~ advised in the premiaea, it is _
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above-captioned matter be stayed
as to all pending Mations until October 15, 1977; it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband, JAI~II:S ARTHUR ROLAND,
shall have ten (10) days from the date hereof to file additional or
supplemental request for admission of fact and interrogaCories and the
Wife thereafter shall have thirty (30) days as provided by Florida Rules
of Civil Procedure in which to file appropriate answ~ers or objections; ~
upon filing of the Answers to Interrogatories and Request for Admission
of Fact all outstanding Motions shall be called up for hearing upon request
of either parties after due notice the other.
