TEMPORARY ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on for hearing the 22nd day of August, A. D.,
1977, upon the Petition to Establish Righta of Parties Unconnected with
Dissolution of Marriage filed herefn bq the Wife, ANNIB S. FORD, and the
Court having given full consideration to all the evidence and having been
fully advised in the premises, it is .
ORDBRED AND ADJUDGED that pending the final outcome of this
matter and until such further Order of this Court the Wife, ANNIE S. FORD,
shall have the excluaive right to uae and occupy the marital home owned
bq the parties and located at Route 5(St. Lucie Boulevard) Box 226,
Fort Pierce, St.'Lucie County, Florida. The Husband shall have.until
12 noon~on Wednesday, August 24, 1977, to remove his items of personal
property and to surrender to the Wife his keq to the premises.
f ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband shall pay to the Wife

~ as temporary support the sum of $30.00 per week each and every~week com~-
encing September 1, 1977. _
URDERED AND A,DJUDGED that VINCENT A. LIAYD as attorney for
the Wife is entitled to a reasonable attorney's fee in the amount of
$100.00 plus_costs incurred herein in the am~unt of $29.50, which total
sum shall be paid ~o VINCENT A. LLOYD on.or before September 1, 1977.
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that jurisdiction of this cause and the
parties hereto is-retained for the entry of such further Orders as may
be proper.
