THIS MATTER having Come before the Court upon the Motion
for Order of Contempt previously filed herein by EDGAR A. BROWN, as
attorney for the Wife in the above-captior~a3 matter and the Court .
having heard the argument of counsel and being fully advised in the
premises, it is
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that under Paragraph 5 of the Final
Judgment Dissolution of Marriage previously entered herein on June 3,
1977, the Husband, OSAMA M. SHERIF, presently owes the sum of $407.50.
Said sum representing~unpaid attorney's fees and costs. .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that~OSAMA M. SHERIF shall com4nencing
September 1, 1977, and continuing thereafter on the lst and 15th day
of each ensuing month pay the_sum of $25.00 to EDGAR A. BROWN until ~
