This cause having ca~ne on to be heard before me on August 22, 1977,
upon the I~+btion of (~ARiA DOWSB NOBLE for Order of Contenpt, and the Wife bei~g _ ~
present in Cvurt and represented by co~sel, and the Husband being absent and
not represented by cauisel, and the Cowrt having :::~~d all of the testim~ony
presented, and havi~g reviewed the letter fro~ the Husband concerning this matter,
azid all other evidence before it, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is upon consideration~
ORDIItF.D AND ADJiID(~D as follvws:
1. The Husband, ~R'f TRACY NOBLE, is adjudged to be in contempt of
this Court for failure to coa~ly ~+rith the terms and conditians of the Fina1 ,Tudg-
ment in this cause entered ~ January 3,_1974, in that the Husbar~d has failed to
pay child support as provided in this Court's Final Judgment azd is naw in arrears
in the amoimt of $2,460.00.

j the terms of the Final Judgment this date in malcing child support payments as pro-
vided for in the Fi.nal Judg~nent of ~60.00 each and every month, and Uy PaY~B
the arrearages in child.support in the amount of #2,460.00 by making additianal
payme~nts through the Clerk of this Court in the amwint of ~60.00 each an~d=every -
mo~nth hereafter- .
3. The Husband, 1~BF.RT TRAG'Y NOBLE, sha11 pay to N. RI(~iARD SQ~PP,
Esquire, $100.00 as a reasonable attarney fee for the representatian of the Wife,
Q~pRIp DOW~E N(~LE, by paying to N. RI(~IARD SQiQPP, whose address is Suite 204,
Citizens Federal Building, 8410 South Federal Highway, Port St. Lucie, Florida
33452, ~50.00 each ar~d every manth until said ~100.00 is paid.
