This cause came on for trial the 23rd day of August, 1977, and the
Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds--and
determines: This Court has 3urisdiction of.the parties and sub3ect
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irre-
trievably broken and should be dissolved. It it thereupon
ORDERED as follows:
1. The wife's Motion to Amend the petition for dissolution is granted
and paragraph 13 of Count I and Count II are incorporated therein as a
part of the original petition filed by the wife.
~ ~ 2. The marriage between RAYMOND HOWARD FOEHR and MARGARET LOUISE

FOEHR be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of ~

them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of m~trimony heretofore
existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
3. Com~encing the lst day of October, 1977, the husband shall pay
to the wife as rehabilitative alimony the sum of $100.00 each and every
week for~a period-of thirty (30) months. Each payment shall be made to
the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to MARGARET LOUISE
P•~
FOEHR. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of ,~.00 as statu-
~ tory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments
shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the
parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their
mailing and residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
