4. In addition to the above~the following itema are hereby awarded
to the wife as lump sum alimony: the gold plate and hum~nel dolls given
to the wife by her parents;the 1967 Valiant automobile, identification
nwmber VL41A72299558; the $5,000.00 Savinge Certificate on deposit with .
Citizens Federal Savings and Loan Association; all funds remaining in
the savings account number 5831 with Citizens Federal Savings
and Loan Association.
5. The wife's prayer that the tiusband be responsible for all future
medical, dental arid hospital bills incurred on behaZf of the wife is
denied. .
6. The wife's prayer that the husband be required to maintain her
as beneficiary on his life insurance policies is denied.
7. The furnishings and property of the partie~ presently contained
in the marital home are awarded to the parties as follows:

All other personal property other than the personal belongings of the
parties shall be partitioned and sold and ti~e proceeds therefrom divided
equally between the husband and wife. .
- 8. The wife's prayer for partition of the real property is granted

RIVER PARR UNIT 2, Block 14, Lot 21, recorded in Plat Book 10,
Page 72, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
is ordered to be partitioned and sold. A sale date shall be granted
