be before ninety (90) days from the date of thia order. Pending the
sale of the property, the wife shall continue to have the right to live
in the house and sole occupancy of~the propexty.
a. The husband is awarded sole title to the ~hree (3) cemetary
lots presently"in the~~oint names of the parties:

The wife shall be responsible for payment of all doctor and
dental bills incurred in her behalf prior to the date of this order
except for those bills that are covered by the husband's present insur-~
ance policy and the husband is ordered to cooperate with the wife in
obtaining anq insurance benefits that would cove~ those charges.
10. The Court determines the sum of $950.OO~~to be a reasonable fee
for the wife's attorney for his services herein and the husband is order-
ed to ~aq R. N. ROBLEGARD, IIZ, that sum together with the costs herein
assessed at $ 3~•~ at the rate of $100.00 per month beginning
October 1, 1977, until the total sum is fully paid.
11. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained from ~
interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other. _
12. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained
for the entry of such further orders as may be proper. .
