THIS CAUSB having been presented to this Court..and the
Court having given full consideration t~o all the evidence finds and
determines: This Court has 3urisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now
exists between the parties; and.that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved, it is thereupon
ORDBRED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between BILLIE
~B. BRUWELL and LINDA GRUWELL be and the same ie hereby_dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising ther~from.

; 2. CUSTODY: Custody of TAIrIIrIZE GRUWELL, minor child

~ of the parties, is hereby awarded to LINDA GRUWELL with reasonable
visitation rights reserved to BILLIE B. GRUWELL.

3. SUPPORT: Commencing the s~~day of , -
A. D., 1977, BILLIE B. GRUWELL shall pay to LINDA G1tUWELL e sum of
$40.00 each and every week for the support of the minor c ld of ~
the parties named abave until said child reaches majority, marries
or becomes self-supporting.
-Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
~ and by him remitted promptly to LINDA GRUWELL. In addition. there
~ ~
~ is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added
to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in
cash, money order or casbier's check. Both of the parties are Ordered ~
to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence ~
