4. PROPBRTY: The Separation and Property Settlement
Agreement admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by
reference and the partiee are Ordered to comply with the.grovisions
thereof.
- 5. FSES AND COSTS: BILLIB B. GRUWELL shall pay to
CHARLES A. SULLIVAN, 8squire, of the law firm of SULLIVAN & COBB

for legal services rendered in this cause to LINDA GRUWELL the of
$250.00 as a final reasonable fee within 120 daq8 from the date of
the signing of the Separation and Property Settlement Agreement by
the parties, after which time let execution iseue.
- 6. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further Orders as
may be proper. _
