LAST WILL AND TSSTAMSNT
OF
DOUGLAS S. MULLINS
. I, Douglas B. l~ullins, residing at 2509 Isola Bella Drive,
Fort Pierce, Florida, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, and
appreciating the uncertainties of-this life, do make, publish and
declare this to be ~r Last Will and Testament, hereby rewking any and .
all former Wills and Codicils by me heretofore made.

I.
I direct that all my ~ust debts and funeral espenses be paid
as soon after mq death as possible.
. II.
I specifically.bequeath $10,000.00 cash to my son, Gordon D. -
Nullins of Richlands, Virginia, and $10,000.00 cash -to my son, Donald 8.
Mullins of Port Pierce, Florida. I also specifically bequeath to Gordon
D. Kullins and Doaald E. Mullins all of sry sporting goods, firearms,
boats and jeWelry which I may possess at the time of my death, share and
share alike.

i I devise a life estate to my wife, Bdith G. l~iullins, in and to

my residence premises situated at 2509 Isola Bella Drive, Fort Pierce, ~
~ Florida. The remainder in the fee, shall vest upon my wife's death to

~ mq daughter, Sharman D. Mullins of Ellc City, Idaho or her heirs or
successors. During the life estate which is vested in my wife, Edith G.
Mullins, she shall not be permitted to dispose of that real property unless
that be a diaposition of all of her interest to my daughter, Sharman D.
Nullins or-her heirs or auccessors should she predecease mq wife, Edith G.
Mullins, provided also that in the event my wife, Edith G. Mullins - -
remarries, then that remarrying shall forfeit her life estate interest irt ;

such residence premises and the fee simple title ehall vest in mq
daughter, Sharmaa D. Mullins or her,heirs or successors.
