I give, devise and bequeath that certain real praperty kuown
as Red River Ranch in 81k Citq, Idaho, containing 371.84 acres and all
im~rovements located thereon and the contents in said i~rovements to sy ~
wife, Bdith G. Mullins, my daughter, Corliss N. Slade, and my.daughter, ~
Sharman D. Mu211ns, in equaZ one-third shares, ahare and share alike. If
any of the foregoing persons predeceases me, then her share shall pass to ~
- the survivors of the foregoin~ oersons, to be divided equally among said '
survivors.

- I hereby bequeath any ahares of corporate stock_in Kullins
Inc., which I may own at the date of isy deaCh to my wife, Edith G. I~Iullins,
my daughter Corliss M. Slade sind ~ daughter Sharman D. Kullins; in equal
one-third shares, share and share alike. If any of the foregoiag persons
- predeceases me, thea her share shall pass to the survivors of the foregoing
persons, to be divided equally among those surviv~nrs.

All the rest, residue and remaiader of my estate, whether real,
personal or miaed, of every kind and description, and wheresoever the same
maq be situate, of which I die seized and possessed, or to which I am
entitled at the time of mp death, I give, devise and bequeath to my irife,
Edith G. Mullins, my daughter Corliss M. Slade, aad mq dsughter Sharman
D: Mullins in equsl one-third shares,,share and share alike. If any of
the foregoing persons predeceases me, then her share shall pass to the

It is my request that upon my death, Mullins, Inc. should continue
in operation as a busineas under the leadership of Mrs. Botts and the
employees working at the date of my death se long as_.the be~iness nets
