I request that ![ullins, Inc. be audited seoii-annually by McAlpin Curtis
and 0'Haire,._C.P.A., or by another qualified C.P.A. I also request that
a com~lete inveotory of Mullins, Inc. be made immediately after my death
and that it and the aforementioned semi-~nnual sudits be eubmitted to

the Directors and Stockholders of the Company ae soon as each is
completed. If the business does not net lOX on the capital investment
for aay semi-sunual period, then I request the Directors and Stockholders ~
to liquidate the corporatioa, sell the assets, and divide the proceeds
among the Stockholders according to their respective interests.

I hereby fully and absolutely authorize and empo~aer my Executor
. or Sxecutria hereinafter named, and his successor or successors, to
mortgage, lease, sell and dispose of my real and personal property, at
such time and in such manner, either at public or private sale, and for
~ such price and upon such terms and conditions as he, she or they shall
deem proper, and to make, execute and deliver good and sufficient bills
of sale, deeds, conveyances or writings therefore to the purchaser thereof
and Co apply the proceeds as I have hereinabove provided.
