This cause was heard before thi$ Court on the matter of
probate of the~Last Will and Testamen~ of VINCENT L. SULLIV~l1~1, late
of .Cook Countq, State of Illinois, and it appearing to the satisfaction
of the Court that the Last Will and Testament have been duly admitted °
to probate and record in the Frobate Court in and for the Countq of
Cook, State of Illinois, a Court of probate 3urisdiction; the Last .
Will and Testament comply with the laws of Florida as to form and manner
of execution and dividea real property in this County; the death of .
the testator occurred more than three years; there has been no probate
of the Will~in the State of Florida; and that a duly authenti~ated copy
of the Last Will and Testament have been filed in this Court for
probate and record, ac~ompanied by dulq authenticated copies of the
Petition For Probate and Order admitting them to probate in the proper
court of the domiciliary state, it is therefore,
ADJUDGED that the Last Will and Testament"of VINCENT L.
SULLIVAN, dated September 5, 1942, admitted to probate in the Probate
Court of Cook County, State of Illinois, on July 17, 1947, by the .
Honorable~William F. Waugh, are admitted by dulq authenticated copies
from that Court to probate and record in this Court as rhe Last Will
