DI_SSOI~UTION OF ~[ARRIAGTs '
THI3 CAUSS came on for trial the 26tb day of August, 197?,
and the Court having fiven full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines as folloWS:
This Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and sub3ect matter
of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between
the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. Therefore, it is:
. ORDSRED AND ADJUDGSD as foZZows:
1. DIS30LUTION OF 1dARRIAGE. The marriage between ANTHONY J.
FAGABA3S, Husband, a.nd ELIZABBTS Y. FAGARASS, Wife, be and the same
is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ~ ~
2. PROPTsRTY. The property settl~ment agreement admitted ~
into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference.and the
parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
- . 3. JURI3DICTION. Jur.isdiction of this cause, and the parties
- hereto is retained for the en~ry of such further orders as may be
deemed proper.
