and the Court having qiven fult consideration to a11 th~ evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and subsect
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriaqe between the parties is
irretrievably broken and.should be dissolved. It is thereuoon
ORDERED and AQJUDGED~as follows:
1. DISSALUTIOM OF MARRIAGE. The marriaqe between RUBY VIRGINIA
MACE SPARKS and JIt~IY ASHBEY SPARKS be and the san~e is hereby dissoived,
