A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS FOR
ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA, DETERMINING THAT 4k PROJECT TO
PROVIDE POTABLE WATER IMPROVEMENTS ~?O CERTAIN

WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 125, Florida Statutes and Chap!
County Code of Ordinances (the "Code), the Board of County Colin

WHEREAS, on July 24, 2001 pursuant to the procedures set
