the Trustees.
(b) liith reapect to balloon payment of the entire
- balance of unpaid principal and accumulated
interest and/or with respect to any pre-payment
of all or aay part of said Note that is collected
by t6e Trustees, the Trusteea sha11 pay first
to each of t6e Trustors an equal one-fourth
share of the unpaid principal, to the extent of
_ '~180,000.00, and accumulated interest t6ereon
- and then sahll- pay the balance, i-f anp,.,~. such _
~ balloon payment or.pre-payment in accordance -
with the terms, covenants and conditions of
Sabsect~ioo (c) of this Section 4 hereof. '
(c) Upon payment to the Trustors of the entire
balance of the unpaid principal sum of ~180,000.00
and the accumulated interest tbereon as provided~
- ia 3ubsection (a) of Section 3 hereof, the
Trustees shall then and only in such event pay and
~ distribute to the Trustor, Rochford H.. Trn, the
balance of moneys coll.ected and beld~on deposit
~ or othe.rarise in -_accordance hereWith by the ~
Trustees. ~

(d) ~n the event of default under the said Note and
~ 1lortgage Deed(s), the Trustees shall pay to` the -
Trustors all.moneys collected thereunder and
- he~.d on deposit or other~vise in accordance here-
• with by the.Trustees to the extent of the entire
balance of unpaid'principal in t6e sum of ~180,000.00
~ and accumulated ~nterest thereon as provided in
Subsection (a) of 3ection 3 hereof and shall pay
to the Trustor, Rocbford H. Era, thereafter any ~
. moneys beld by them in excess of the entire
balance of said sum and accumulated interest.
~ 5. Notwithetanding anything herein contained to ~he
contrary, the Trustees shal_1 have the option of transferring any
payments which they may desire to any of the Trustors herein
u named, to reduce their obiigation_to such Trustor from any
portion ahich might be due and payable to a.ny other Trustor
who might delay in writiog the receipt of his pro rata share. t

S. In the event that the said Note or any installment of
principal and interest thereunder is not paid on the due date,
then and in such event the Trustees shall proceed to take any
steps necessary (including foreclosure of said Yortgage Deed(s)
to efgect collection of t6e principal that might be then due ,
