The Truateee acknowledge that theq h~ve been appointed
Trustees for the collection of the said Note and ldortgage Deed(s)
hereinabove ~nentioned, ior the Trustors whose reapective
beneficial interesta ere hereiaabove indicated. -
8. In the event o! the death of either of the Trustees.
the ma~ority aY the Trustors shall have the right to select ~
another person to aerve as Trustee in place aad stead of such_-
Trustee.
' 9. T6e within Truat Agreement is made, executed and `
delivered in, and under the Laws ot the 8tate oi New Jersey,
.shall be perlormed in, and'under the Laws oi, said State and
shall be sub~ect to and governed by the Laas of said State in
all respecte, including.aaatters of construction, validity,
enforcement and performance.~
10. T6e within Trust Agreement is executed in five counter-
parts, each of which shall constitute one and the same original
instrument; and such instru~nent shall, for convenience and
recital purposes, be deemed to be made, executed and delivered
on the day and year first above written irrespective of the .
time or times when any of_:the counterparts may be made, eaecuted
and delivered.
11. Wherever in this instrument any partq shall be
desigaated or referred to by name or general reference, such
designation is intended to and shall have the same effect as
if the words "heirs, executors, administrators, personal or
legal representatives, successors and assigns" bad been ~
inserted after each and every such designation. All the terms. ~
' covenants and conditions herein contained shall be for and
shall inure to the benefit qf and~shall bind the respective
t parties hereto, and their heirs, executors,-administrators, .
- personal or legal representatives, successors and assigas,.~~r
respectively. _
12. In all references herein to any parties, persons,
entities or corporations, tbe use of any particular gender or
~ the.plural~or singular number is intended to include the
appropriate gender or number as.the text of the within instrument
~ may require. '
