3. In the event thaC the CUBAN AI~RICAN CLUB desires to ~
sell the above-captioned property to any other individuaZ or corporation,
then and in~that event the CUBAN AMERICAN CLUB shall give CHARLES W.
CR40KS, a single adult and MYRTLE E. CROOKS, an unremarried widow, the
right of first refusal to purchase said property upon those terma and
conditions contained in any bona fide offer obtained from any dis-
intereat third party. Said right of first refusal shall be good for
thirty (3tj days and the CUBAN AMLRICAN CLUB ahall give CHARLES W.
CROOKS, a aingle adult and MYRTLE E. CROOKS, an unremarried widow, .
sixty (60) days natice of its intention to sell the property.
