custody of the minor child. The Respondent, JOHN DONALD 3MITH,
a/k/a DONALD SMITH, shal~ have no visitation rights with the n~inor
chi-ld of the parties for sixty (60) days from the date of this
Order, provided~, however, that thereafter said Respondent shall
have visitation righta with his minor dauqhter in the preaence of
her psycholoqist, MARVIN ROSENBLATT, at time8 unde= the circwnstances
approved by iYlARVIN ROSBNBLATT-, pxovided, ho~rever, that. in order to
qain such visitation riqhts durinq.the sixty (60) daye next after
the siqning of thfs Order, the Respondent i~ to continue to attend
"AA" meetinq8 and to make an appointment with JIM MURPHY of the -
Broward County Cominission on Alcoholism and to comply with any F
suqgestions or prograins which MURPH~t sets up for Reepondent, and
provided that'at the end of the sixty (60) day period, MUItPHY _
provide8 a favorable report to the Court with reqard to the Reapondent's
drinkinq problen~= ~and furtheruwre, provided that Respondent obtains
: psychological counselinq help with Dr. Senry Sessette who like-
wise at the end of the si.xty (60) day period is to provide the
Court with a report upon the Respondent's condition and if Dr.
Bessettl~s re~ort and Mr. Murphy's report aue favorable, then
th~ Respondent shall be entitled to the visitation'grovided herein- ~
above. ~ ~

6. Visitation shall-continue in the ptesence of ~IARVIN ROSEN-
BLATT or another psycholoqist-in his office unti~. such time a$
MARVIN ROSENBLA~'T feels that it is in the best interest of the
. child for the child to have vieitations witb her father in sqne
manner other than that ordered by the Court. ~
7. The Petitioner and Itespondent jointly own the marital ~

home of the parties on Lot 12, Block 42 in Oriole Estatea, Section
