8. Respondent-Husband, JOHN D~NALD SMITH, a/k/a OONALD SMITH,
shall be and he is hereby enioined and restrained trom niolestinq,
harming, or annoyinq or imperilling the Petitioner-Wife, THBRESA
B. SMITH, and the minor child of the-partiea, JACQU8LIN8 DANI$LLE
SMITH, and is further enjoined a~d restrain~d from cominq about
the neighborhood in which the Petitione~ and her dauqhter are
residinq from time to tim~e or about the neighborhood of the school
' of the child of the parties or around any other place where the
Petitioner is known to be.
9. The Respondent shall pay to the Petitioner the awa of
$25.00 per nwnth for the support o~ the minor child of the pa=ties,
said payments to beqin-,on the firet Friday following the entry .
~ of this Judgiuent and in addition thereto, the Respondent shall pay .
to the Peti.tioner $85.00 per montb for eighteen (18) aanths for
rehabilitative alimony beqinainq on~the same dabaa~ the child
' support as stated hereinabove. In determininq these amounts, the
Court recoqnizes that the Petiti,oner will be recefving Social_

that before any payments are made to the parties from these accounts
the costs of this ~itigation shall be deducted from the joint funds
such as filing fees, depo$ition costs, expert witness fees and the
like but not includinq attorney'8 fees, the accounts to be divided n~
