further aclawwledges rcceipt of and reading and cxa~unation of said Declaration, its
. Exhibits, and budget, sales brochura ~nd floor plan, ancl-ac~Cnawledges that each and -
every pirovision of the foregoing is essential to the successful operation and manage-
ment of the Condaninium property and is in the be`s~ interests and for the benefit pf

Condominium cov+enant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Condaainium and Exhibits attached thereto.. Purcllaser hereby ratifies and

mini.uen and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment undcr the
Property Owners' Association doctmGnts referr~d to above and the provisions th~reof
are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknrnrledges and oonfirins
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Froperty Owners' Assoei-
ation has encumbered and im~ressed a lien upon tl~e Ccsndominiuaa paxcel being conveyed
te Purchaser, as security for~his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions o~ the Property Owners' Association ar~ said Purchaser assumes the
