sub;ect in every respect to tho Declaration of CondominiLan as to the condominiun
in which his unit is located and Exhibits attached thQreta, including but not~ _

therein)~ the By-Laws of the Association, Articles of Incorporatian, the RuZes and
Regulations, copy of projected aperating budget, copy af sales brochure and floor
rla~ of apartment ~n~rchased by t~urchaser, and all /lmendments to the afo~resaid be- ~
claration and ~xhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association; and Purchaser
further acla~owledges receipt of and reading and exawination of said Declaration, its
~khibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor p1an, and aclaiowledges that each and
every pruvision of the foregoing is essential to the successful, operation ar~ manage-
ment of the Condomi~iun property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed
Condomini~an covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision ot said Declar-
ation of Condominitnu an~ Exhibits attached tliereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and
confirnns and approves all of the tenms and provisior~,s of said Declaration of Condo-
~ miniuon and ~chibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment_ under the _
Property U~ners' Association doci~a~ents referred to .above and the provisions thereof
are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclrnowledges and confinas
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Associ-
ation has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condomini~an parcel bcing-conveyed
to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Purch~ser ass~aries the
obligations as to.the Property Owners' Associatiort as to his condominium parce~.
A~rchaser confinr~s that aII warranties, representations and inducements,.if any, are
as r.ontained in the aforesaid Declaration Qf CoindomiYaiun a»d Exhibits attached there-
to, and the comron expenses and the si,an.s due under the Property Oxmers' ~lssociation
and other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended,
