KNOW ALL MEN 8Y THSSE PRESENTS: That, Barnett Bank of Miami,
N.A., a National Bankinq corporation, f/k/a Barnett Bank of Miami Beach,
holder of those certain Mortgages hereinafter deacribed as follows:
1. Mortgaqe from Reith Inveatments, Inc., a Florida corporation to
Cal Kovens~Construction Corporation, dated November 8, 1966,
recorded in OR Book 158 at Paqe 522 of the Public Records of St. ,
Lucie Coun~ty. Florida, in the original principal amount of
$200,000.00. ~
2. Mortqage qiven by Calvin Rovens, a/k/a Cal Kovens, Roz Mark Kovens,--.
Bert Saqer and Marilyni Sager, his wife, to the Miami Beach First
. National Bank, dated February 1, 1971, recorded in OR Book 189 .
at Page 2899, of Public Records of St. Lucie County,~Florida in
the oriqinal principal amount of $3,000000.00.
3. Mortgaqe from Calvin Rovens, a/k/a Cal Rovens; and Roz Mark Kovens,
his wife, to the Miami Beach First National Bank, dated ~une 25,
1971 recorded in OR Book 193 at Paqe 1687 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County. Florida in the original principal amount of
$500,000.00. _ ~
each Mortgage evidenced by a Promissory Note which Note and Mortqaqe each
above described have been•duly assigned and are presently owned by
Barnett Bank of Miami, N.A., f/k/a Barnett Bank of Miami Beach. All
of said Mortgaqes above described ~ncumber the followinq described
property situate, lying and being in St. Lucie Courity, State of Florida
