I, Ii~1RY C. MUHLSNBRUCR, a citizen and resident of St.
~ Lucie County, Florida, beinq of eound and disposinq mind and
menwry, do hereby revoke and annul any and all Wills and
Codicils thereto by me at any time heretofore made, and do
~ hereby make, publish and declare this instrwnent to be my
~ Last Will and Testament. ~

_ I will and direct that all of my just debts, funeral . ,
expenses and expenses of my last i].lness be paid as soon as
practicable after my death.

_ I devise all of my estate, includinq any property over -
wllich I have a power of appointment, and all real, personal
~ and intanqible property,. of whatever kind, character and ~
i description, and wherever situated to my dauqhter, RUTH

~ MU~iLSNBRUCR, if she shall survive me. In the event nty
~ dauqhter shall not survive me, then I devise all my estate
as aforesaid to my son, KENNETH ELWOOD MUALENBRUCR.. I have
intentionally left all of my estate to my daughter, RiJTH,
not because of any lack of love or affection for my son,
RENNETS, but because he is otherwise adequately provided
for. .

In the event my daughter and I shall die simultaneously
or under circumstances which make it difficult to determine
which of us died first, or if my dau~hterjshall die within ~ .
