purpose of this Will, ar~d I direct that the proviaions of
this Will be construed upon that assumption. This paraqraph
shall not, however, deprive my daughter of possession or
enjoyment of property which she would otherwfae be entitled
toj and this paraqraph shall be qiven effect only to the
extent it doea not violatt~ any applicable rulee aqainst
~ perpetuities, or suapension of the pawer of nlienation or
any other rule of law.

I appoint my dauqhter, RUTH MI~LENBRUCR, ~o be the-
personal representative of this Will. In the event she
: should fai~l to qualify or cease to act, I appoint my Bon,
KENNBTH BLWOOD MUHLENBROCR, to act in her place and stead. - ~
I direct that my personal rep=esentative or any substitute
or successor personal representatiqe shall not be required~
to post bond or other security for the faithful performance
of her duties hereunder.

I hereby qive and qrant unto my personal repxesentative
~ or any substitute or successor personal representative, the
_ powers and duties granted hy Part VI of Chapter 733 of the
Florida Statutes as that chapter now exists or may be here-
inafter amended, including but not limited to the powez to
hold, manaqe, invest, reinvest, sell, convey, mortqage, _
pledqe and lease all or any portion of any property, whether
real, personal or mixed, tanqible or intangible, wherever
situated, of which I may die seized or possessed, and I
further qive.and qrant to my personal representative oz any
substitute or successor personal prepresentative, the riqht
to otherwise dispose of such assets at public or private
sale and upon such terms or conditions as they may see ~it,
. and the further rfqht to atake, execute and deliver any and
all contracts, options, deeds or other instrwaaent~ caxrying
