This cause cominq on to be heard on Motion for Final Judqment
and it appearing from the record that a default judgment has been
entered against the Defendant for_want of anawer or any other
defensive pleadinqs; and-ft.beinq ascertained and determined by
the Court from said proofs produced and filed herein, to-wit: the
ariqinal promissory nate and Affidavits, that the Defendant is
indebted to the Plaintiff in the sum of $7,715.75 as principal,
toqether with interest thereon in the amount of $1,372.99; and the
Court beinq fully advised in the premises; it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJODGED as follows:
1. There is due by the Defendant to the Plaintiff the
sum of $7,715.75 as principal and $1,3?2.99 accrued interest to
, September 7, 1977. .
2. The Plaintiff, Tylander Lumber Company, Inc., do have
and recover of and from the Defendant, Arley P. Hatch, d/b/a Hatchco -
Construction Co., the aum of $9,088.74, being interest and principal,

damaqes, together with costs in the amount of $29.50 in said cause
by it expendecl, for all of which let execution issue. ~
