Petition for Prejudgement Krit of Replevin and the Court having considered
the Affidavit and-sworn testimony of the Plaintiff and finding that the
Prejudgement 1~rit should issue pursuant to 78.068 F.S,A.; and the Court

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Court is suthorized and
~ directed to issue a~rejudgement l~rit of RepleviA directing the Sheriff of
St. Lucie County, Florida to levy upon the personal property described in
the Coaplaint_herein and to place the same in Plaintiff•s possession, such
