T'hia cause came on to be heard on September 8. 1977
upon the Petition for Adoption.filed in this cause by LARRY EARL
~+TILLIAMS and the Consents of CURTIS L. MARTIN, the adoptive father
of the mi~nor male and DOROTHY WILLIAMS MARTIN A~1cI~NZIE, the natural
mother of the minor male, LARRY EUC$NS MARTIDT, and upon the wri~ten
consent of the minor, LARRY EUGSNS MARTIN, and it appearisg to the '
Court that the~Petitioner is a fit and proper person to adopt the
minor child sought to be adopted, and the best intereata of the
child will be promoted by the adoption and that the child is
suitable for adoption by Petitioner, LARRY EARL_WILLIAMS, and being
otherwise fully advised in t~e premises,
It is, therefore, ORDERED as follows:
1. That the minor child named in the Petiti-on is declared
to be the legal child of the Petitioner, LARRY EARL WILLIAMS, and
he i-s qiven the name of LARRY EUGENS WILLIAMS, by which name he
shall hereafter be known.
2. This child shall be the child and legal heir of the
Petitioner, LARRY EARL WILLIAMS, entitled to all the rights and
privileqes, and subject to all the nbl~gations, of a child born to
the Petitioner, LARRY S~ARL WILLIAMS, in lawful wedlock.
