beginning; thence go South 169' more or less (to
the existing parcel presently being operated as a
gas station) to esteblish the SW corner of the

' line which is parallel to the South right of way
line of Savarnnah Road (and which is also along the
North boundary of said gas station property), for
~ a distance of 200' to establish the SE corner of
the property; ~thence ~from the SE corner go North on
a line parallel to the East right of way line of
U. S. Hi$hway No. 1 for a distance of the afore-
seid 169 , more or less~, to establish the NE corner;
thence go West parallel with Savantiah Road 200' to
the point of beginning. This property is located in
the City of Fort Pierce, County of St. Lucie, State of
~ Florida, in Section 22, Township 35 South, Range 40 East.
3. The assertion of the defendant, "SBA", of priority over all
attorneys' fees aris_ing out of this foreclosure ~proceeding be, and -

it is hereby denied. .
4. If th~ total sum with interest at the rate prescribed by law
and all costs of this action eccruing subsequent to this judg~ment
are not paid within three days from this date, the Clerk of this
Caurt shall sell the property at public sale on September 22, 1977,
between 11:00 A.M., and 2:00 P.M., to the highest bidder for cash,
~ except as set forth hereinafter,~ at the east front doQr of the

Courthouse in St. Lucie Cour~ty in Fort Pierce, Florida, in accordance
I with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.

E - 5. Plaintiffs shall advance all subsequent costs of this action
and shall be reimbursed for them by the Clerk if plaintiffs are not
the purchasers of the property at the sale. If plaintiffs are the
purchasers, the Clerk shall credit plaintiffs' bid with the total _
sum with interest.and costs accruing subsequent to this judgment or
such part of it as is necessary to pay the bid in full.
6. On filing the certificate of title the Clerk shall distribute
the proceeds of the sale, so far as~ they are sufficient, by paying:
-first, all of plaintiffs' costs; second, documentary stamps affiaed
to the certificate; third, plaintiffs' attorneys' fees; fourth, the
