NO~ICE IS HEItEBY GIVEN that the following described property ~
located in St. Lucie Covnty, Florida, to-wit;
Starting fraa a point 123' east of the •centerline
of U. S. Highway No. 1, on the South right of way
boundary of Savamiah Road (also referred to as
Water Plant Road); thence go South 200' along the
East right of way line of that certain right of
way owned by the Board of County Commissioners of ~
St. Iucie Countp lying 83 feet East of the_East
right of way for U. S. Highway No. 1 for a point of ;
beginning; thence go SouCh 169', more or less (to
the existing parcel presently being operated_as a
- gas station) to establish the SW corner of the ~
property; thence from th~ SW corner go East on s
line which is parallel to~the South right of way
line of Savannah Road (and which is also along the
North boundary of said gas station property) for
a distance of 200' to establish the SE corner of
the property; thence from the SE corner go North
on a line parallel to the East right of way line
of U. S. Highway No. l, for a distance of the afore-
said 169', more or less, to establish the NG corner;
thence go West parallel with Savannat~ Road 200' to the
point_of beginning. This property is located in the
Citq of Fort Pierce, County of St. Lucie, State of
Florida, in Sectian 22, Township 35 South, Range 40 East;
shall be.sold by Roger Poit~as, Clerk of the Circuit Court of St.

/highest bidder for cash, at the east front door of the Courthouse
