' COMES NOW, the Husband, FRED W. WILLIAMS, and enters
this his Voluntary Dismissal With Prejudice of his Motion to -
Vacate the Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage in Case
No. 77-142 FR, and also files this his Cancellation of Notice
of Lis Pendens and by said cancellation releases, remises and
quit claims all interest he may have in the property encwnbered
by said Lis Pendens to DORA.BARKLEY. Said real property being
more particularly described as: -
