R THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before_the Court on Friday, Septeiaber 2, 1977, an the Motion for IKodification filed by the Husband, the Court hearing testimony from the respective parties, including ex- pert witnesses and various iay witnesses of the respective parties, and f; hearing arqwaent of counsel, the Court being fully advised, it is, - y. ORDERED AND ADJt1DGED that the Husband's Motion to modify and request for joint or equal custody of the minor child be, and the same ~ - is hereby,_ denied,.and permanent custody of the minor child is confirmed - with the Wife, pursuant to Final Judgment. IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUD~ED that visitation rights are granted to the Husband for the next two (2) years, as hereinafter defined: A1- 1 ternate weekends from 5:30 P.M. on Friday until 5:30 P.M. on Sunday; the Husband is allowed four-day visit commencing on the 27th day of December and extending to the 30th day of December, PROVIDED said four-day visit shall not be coupled with a weekend visit to cumulatively amount to seven days. Additionally, the four-day visitation is granted during the - Summer months commencing on the 3rd Friday in June at 5:30 P.M. and con- tinuing for 96 hours thereafter. Said four-day visitation right in June shall also be permitted in~July and August for the additional period of time cotmnencing with the 3rd Friday in July ar~ Auqust, PROVIDED said four-day Summer visitation shall not be coupled with alternate weekends. IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for the next two (2) years, the minor child shall remain in the custody of the mother during Christmas Day and New Years Day, and the Husband is granted visitation on the tradi- tional Thanksqiving Day (Thursday), the followinq Friday and Saturday, and return the minor child at 5:30 P.M. on Saturday to the mother, PRO- IM~ ~ d[IlAL.O .1AM[S.
