THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 7th daq of September, 1977,
and the Court havirlg given fuil consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has ,~urisdiction of the parties
and sub3ect matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED sa follows:
1. DISSOLUTION: The marriage between GERALD RICHARD and
LISETTE RICHARD be and the san~e is hereby dissolved, ~nd the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonda of
matrimony heretofore•existing between them and from the obligations -
arising therefrom. _
2. PROPERTY: The 1973, Ford pick-up truck, Title Number
I3399052, sha12 be the property of the husband and the wife shall
egecute whatever documenta necessary to transfer saume to the husband.
The 1976, Pontiac, Grand Prix, Title Number 264S409,
shall be the property of the wife and the husband shall execute
whatever documents necessary to transfer same to the wife.
3. PERSONAL PROPERTY: The wife shall have possession and
ownership of those articles testified to, which she removed from the
home of the parties at the time of the separation from the husband.
The husband shall have posseasion and ownership of those personal
tools and personal items.
4. REAL ESTATE: The home of the parties located at Lot 25,
