Block 178~ Port St. Lucie, Section 4, as per P1at Book 12, Page
14A-14G. of the public recorda of St. Lucie County, Florida, shall
be partitioned und~r the direction of the Court and the furniture lo-
cated in the hame shall go with the sale of the house.
The house and furniture shall be so2d by the Clerk of the -

_ Court within sixtq (60) days from the date of this 4rder provided

: that the parties do not make a settlement between themselves and if
they shall be
such settlement should involve deferred paqments/secured by a mortgage.
The sale of the house shall be advertised as provided by law.
In the event said property is sold bq Psrtition , the funds
received by the Clerk shall be placed in the registrp of the.Court _
pending further action by this Court. - ' ~
- --5.- -~ALIMONY: I~o alimony or support has been awarded in
this cause.
6. ATTORNEY'S P'EES AND COSTS: The Court retains jurisdiction
of the awarding of the attorney's fees to the wife's attorney, RUPERT
JASEN SMITA, upon completion of the Partition, together with anq court
costs involved in-this matter.
7. RESTORA~ION OF NAME: LISETTE PELLETIER RICNARD be and _
she is hereby authorized~to assume her former name of-LISETTE PELLETIER .
and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.

8. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may-be proper.
