The house and furniture shall be so2d by the Clerk of the - a _ Court within sixtq (60) days from the date of this 4rder provided ~ - : that the parties do not make a settlement between themselves and if they shall be such settlement should involve deferred paqments/secured by a mortgage. The sale of the house shall be advertised as provided by law. RESTORA~ION OF NAME: LISETTE PELLETIER RICNARD be and _ she is hereby authorized~to assume her former name of-LISETTE PELLETIER . and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened. . 8.
