1977, and the Court having given full consideratian to all the -
evidence, finds and determines; This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and sub3ect matter of this suit; that the relation of
husband and wife now exiats between theparties; and that the marriage_
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. "
It is, thereupon, ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. DISSOI~JTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between DARNELL D.
DURDEN and EVELYN A. DURDEN be, and the same is hereby dissolved, and
the parties and each of them are herebp forever freed from the bonds
- of matrimony heretofo=e existing between them and from the obliga-
tions arising therefran. .
2. RESTORATION OF NAME. EVELYN H. DURDEN be, and she is hereby
suthorized to assume her maiden name of EVE~.YN A. HASI~LL, and to use
the same in all_respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
