DI5SOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 9th day of September, ~
1977, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the ~elation ~
of husband and wife now exists betwe~n the parties; and~that the ~
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved.- It is thereupon -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JAI~II:S D.
ADAMS and JANICE E. ADAMS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
- the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the

; bonda of matrimony heretofoxe existing between them-and from the ~
~ _
obligations arising therefrom. -
2. PROPERTY. The Separation and-Property Settlement
Agreement admitted into evidence is hereby inco=porated herein by
referer?ce and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions -
thereof. -
3. ~JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto, is retained for the entrq of such further Orders .
as may be proper.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
this day of September, 1977.
