This cause coming on to be heard on September 2, 1977 on
the Husband's Petition to Modify the Order dated October 1, 1976
and the Wife's Motion for Order of Conteaapt and the Court havinq
hea~rd evidence of the reapective parties and being fully advised
in the prem~ses, it is thereupon .
ORDSRBD ADID ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. The Court finds and determinea that the Husband, NICK
C. PRIBST, is in arrears in his payment to the Wife for child
support as of September l, 1977 in the suia of $9,180.00, and that
the Wife, PATRICIA C. PRIFST is entitled to a judqment against the
Huaband, NICK C. PRIBST for $9,180.00. _
2. That from the evidence,the Court does not find the Hus-

band, NICK C. PRIBST, in willful contempt of this Court.
j; 3. Commenc inq the 2nd day of September, 1977, NICK C. PRIEST
shall pay to the Wife, P!?TRICIA C. PRIBST, the sum of $85.00 each and
every week for the support of the minor childrea, GARY RANAAL PRIBST,
BRADLSY. NICK PRIEST, JEFF$RY t~?YN8 PRIBST and ROG$R ANDREW PRIffiT,
until further order of Court. $ach payment_shall be made to the

Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to PATRICIA C. PRI$ST.
In addition there is hereby asseased the aum of $1.00 as atatutory
costa to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All paymenta
