The-Court finds that it has jurisdiction of the subiect matter

and of the parties to thia causef i
2t further finds.that since the entry of the tinal dissolution
. of marriaqe, the Respondent, STANLEY L. COCKRE7~L, is in arrears in the
amount of $5,299.00, to be differentiated from the amount of $6,799.00
which wae certified by the Clerk of this Courts
it further finde that the Reepondent is entitled to certain
credits against the $5,299.00, namely pay~aents Which the Respondent
has made, for which the Petitioner waa made responsib2e by the final
judgment of diesolution. These credits are $756.00; representinq
mortqaqe paymenta for the monfi.ba og June, July and August of 1977,
and $385.00 representinq seven paymente of $55.00 each made by
, Respondent to Mrs~ Jenninqa. The Petitioner has acknowledqed her .
obliqation to repay the balance of the loan to Mrs. Robert Jer~ninge;
it is therefore, -
ADJtTDGED that the Respondent owes to the Petitioner, back child
support in the amount of $4,158.00.
